As per the stipulations of the Notice No.115-2003 and the Notice No.48-2004 pronouncements issued by National Administration For Quality Inspection, the National Administration For Quality Inspection Of PRC executes a registration administrations system to the oversea enterprises(hereunder called the suppliers ) that export scraps and recycling material to mainland China. Now we have determined to restart accepting the registration application from Aug.1 2005 on and proclaim the information about the registration as following:

Ⅰ. The supplier must submit the relevant registration documents stipulated by item 6 of the Notice No.115-2003 and the Notice No.48-2004 pronouncements issued by National Administration For Quality Inspection. The detailed documents should be submitted as per the List Of The Documents That The Oversea Supplier OF The Imported Scraps And Recycling Materials When It Applies For The Registration (Download it from the "Hot Field Focus" of the "Registration Of The Enterprises For Importing Scraps And Recycled Materials, hereunder called "Hot Field Focusing", in the http://www.aqsiq.gov. cn).

Ⅱ. The Registration Application Form Of The Oversea Suppliers That Supply The Imported Scraps And Recycling Materials that will be submitted by the suppler s hould be printed and fill in ed as per the form-filling instruction of the Registration Application Form Of The Oversea Suppliers That Supply The Imported Scraps And Recycling Materials （ download it from "Hot Field Focusing" ） .

Ⅲ. The supplier should apply for the supplying categories of the scraps and recycling materials as per the stipulation of the Antitheses Table Of The HS Code Covered By the Supplying Categories Of The Oversea Supplier Of The Imported Scraps And Recycling Materials （ download it from "Hot Field Focusing" ） .

Ⅳ. The application documents submitted by the supplier should be written in Chinese or a bilingual Version of Chinese/Foreign Language, and they must be signed and stamped by the representative of the juridical person. The copied one is invalid.

Ⅴ. For the suppliers, its representative or the relevant staffs of a juridical person which qualification has been cancelled may re-apply for the registration from the National Administration for Quality Inspection of PRC 3 years after the qua lification has been cancelled when they reorganize a new supplying enterprise.

Ⅵ. The supplier applying for the registration may submit its application form via the On-Line Monitoring System For the Inspecting & Quarantining The Imported Scraps And Recycl ing Materials (see "Hot Field Focusing" ） .Within 30 days after you have submitted the application form successfully on-line, you must send all paper registration documents to the Inspection & Monitor Division Of the National Administration for Quality Inspection of PRC.The supplier that has submitted its registration application form successfully via net may get a password so as to access the information on its registration working processes and the monitoring status after acquiring the registration qualification.
