Yongkang is called "The hardmetal capital of China" which is located in Zhejiang Province. It mostly deals in scrap metals recycling, separating, trading to smelting and processing. The local supporting industry is processing, over 600,000 ton scrap copper, aluminum, and steel is processed and utilized in a year. The industries such as electric motion instruments, bicycles, motorcycles are flourishing, thus making Yongkang the major consumers of aluminum alloys. As the raw and processed materials base of Yongkang "hardmetal", the Yongkang scrap metal material market is growing so rapidly that its potential is regarded as infinited. Besides Yongkang, the development of secondary resource in Wenling and Shaoxing are also ongoing at a high speed.
